Crossfit was really huge this year because it offered a full-body workout that energized every muscle in your body. 8. De-Stress & Stretch Yoga Workout
Yoga is a more popular form of exercise as it not only tones the body, but teaches you to relax and be mindful. The effects of yoga spill over into your everyday life resulting in calmer decision-making, an increased ability to reason, and pure relaxation. If you’ve done yoga before, try this workout; if this is your first time, we recommend seeking a professional Yogi before embarking on these poses by yourself.
