It’s not even Christmas yet and my tummy feels like it’s a stocking filled with candies from Santa! I know, I have to get moving and this is why I’m inviting you to move with me with these fun 10-minute workouts!
I really understand you girl. It feels like there is not enough hours in a day to do everything we want. We go home tired from work and all we want to do is sleep! Where do we find the time to workout? The awesome news is that you only need to spare 10 minutes to sweat it out. That’s right, these 10-minute workouts will give you the workout you’re looking for. It can really get intense, but that’s what we’re aiming for!
10-Minute Workouts Busy Women Can Do At Home
Let us stop putting off working out because the calories just keep stacking up. We’re not losing any weight, we just keep gaining it. And considering it’s the holiday season, we’d want to make extra room for the party food right? I highly suggest that you start with these 10-minute workouts now before the holiday parties kick in and if you want to maintain the weight, you’re always free to do any of these workout routines after the parties too!
1. Calorie Burning Cardio Workout
This 10-minute workout is perfect for beginners… you know, like those who rarely work out and are looking to jump right in. Cardio is important when trying to lose weight as it gets your heart rate up, the blood pumping and the calories burning! But of course, you don’t want to injure yourself with high-intensity workouts so this is a really good start.

Want to learn the secret to getting that coveted Victoria’s Secret angel bod? This 10-minute workout from Heidi Klum’s trainer, Andrea Orbeck, will teach you how to blast that fat away! Enjoy this full-body workout and burn those calories off in 10 minutes tops. Don’t believe me? Go ahead and try this one. I won’t be surprised if you look as hot as Adriana Lima after doing this for a month.
4. High Intensity Interval Training
Okay, so you feel like you’ve got into the groove of working out. Do you want to level up your workout game? Well, well, I got a 10-minute High-Intensity Interval workout here for you. You’ll surely make the most of your 10 minutes with this one. But be warned, this workout is seriously intense and not for the faint of heart. If you feel the need to rest in between the minutes, please do. Eventually, your body will get use to the intensity.
5. Body Toning Workout With Weights
Now this is for the ladies who do not want to lose weight but is having a hard time dealing with flabby arms. There’s no need for high-intensity workouts. All you need is some body toning workout to tone the muscles and make you look leaner. Try this 10-minute fitness workout and see how it makes you feel. Finally, you can now use your weights!
6. 10-Minute Abs
If you want to focus on strengthening your core, this 10-minute ab workout will get the ball rolling. It’s pretty detailed and best of all, you can do it anywhere you’d like! It’s perfect for people like myself who can’t stand the idea of going to the gym. This is my personal fave because as I’ve said, I hate jogging and I prefer doing crunches any time of the day.
7. Crossfit Workout
Crossfit was really huge this year because it offered a full-body workout that energized every muscle in your body. However, Crossfit workouts aren’t for everyone, but if you’re looking for a challenge, this workout is for you. If you really need to burn the fats and calories, do this workout without hesitation. Find comfort in knowing that these are the exercises that Jessica Alba does too!
8. De-Stress & Stretch Yoga Workout
Yoga is a more popular form of exercise as it not only tones the body, but teaches you to relax and be mindful. The effects of yoga spill over into your everyday life resulting in calmer decision-making, an increased ability to reason, and pure relaxation. If you’ve done yoga before, try this workout; if this is your first time, we recommend seeking a professional Yogi before embarking on these poses by yourself.
9. No Equipment Full Body Warm Up
So if you’re like me who doesn’t like buying fitness gear and equipment, you’ll feel at ease with this workout. No dumbbells, weights, and gym balls required! All you need are the walls and floor and you’ll be able to do a full body workout without any fuss. Most importantly, no tidying up needed too!
10. 10-Minute Butt Workout
We got the body covered, we got the abs covered, so what’s next? Your butt, that’s what! All you need is a yoga mat and you can start doing these poses to tone your butt muscles. I can hear you say you’ll never get a butt like that, but darling, never say never! Remember, a small toned butt is better than a big fluffy one.
While workout routines don’t normally get me excited, I can already see myself doing the workouts above! Even if you’re busy, I’m sure you can spare 10 minutes a day to improve your health and tone your body, right, ladies? Oh and yes, don’t forget to detox too!
