2016 can be your best year yet!
You just have to think of some great resolutions and stick to them. Sounds simple, right? Well, as we all know, it’s not. I don’t even make new years’ resolutions since I know I won’t follow through and I hate failing. Lame, I know. I should at least attempt to be a better person.
Most of you probably think of awesome resolutions, then around March, you start to slack off. That’s okay, at least you tried.
But wouldn’t it be great if we had resolutions that were actually attainable? I found the below chart and thought it was absolutley brilliant. The infographic breaks the resolutions down by month so you’re not overwhelmed.
By December you should be a healthier person that actually kept their resolutions!
