But Hatha is a simple practice of physical yoga, which also includes breathing techniques, meditation, and cleansing techniques.

Inhale, and then exhale as your head goes to the back. Do this steps with 5 seconds interval as your head and chin are tilted down and back.
Step 4. Bend Head From Shoulder To Shoulder
This step takes 5 seconds both left and right directions. Inhale in the center, then exhale as you direct your right ear to your shoulder. Inhale, then exhale now directing your left ear to your shoulder.
Step 5. Circle Your Head From Right To Left, Then Back
Inhale in the center, then exhale as you slowly circle your head starting from the right side to the left. Inhale, and then exhale while circling your head starting from the left side to the right.
Step 6. Hands Up, Then Bend From Side To Side
With your palms together, inhale. Then exhale and raise your arms to the sides and then up, putting your hands together above your head.
