Inspiration comes in all forms this week! But this time, we’ve a theme to follow. Can you take a guess at what it is? Here’s a clue: It’s an upcoming holiday!
That’s right! Our inspiration’s all about Christmas!
From holly jolly Christmas songs to little DIY gifts that are sure to please your friends, we’ve got you covered with our inspiration round up. Let’s get started!
Christmas Inspiration Coming Right Up
We’ve only got a couple of days left until Christmas comes full circle and I for one, have been buzzing nonstop with all the items in my to-do list. But I can’t lie. I love it! I love every single minute of the Christmas rush. Okay, maybe everything except Christmas traffic — that’s a monster all on its own.
Christmas is one of my favorite times of the year. It’s the holiday that has everyone enamored with the spirit of giving, where strangers greet each other with Merry Christmas as they pass by with bags of gifts in hand, where everyone, kids and adults alike, gape at the wonder of a beautiful Christmas tree in all its adornments.
It’s such an inspiration for me when it comes to being in a happy mood. Seriously, I instantly light up at the mere mention of Christmas; even my friends can attest to that.
Today, I’ll be rounding up a couple of things that have helped me go ham on the Christmas spirit! After all, they say that sharing is caring, right? I hope my little list will get you even more excited in the days to come!
1. Christmas Movie
I fell in love with this movie the first time I watched it in the theater. Ever since then, I’ve made it a point to make The Holiday an annual mainstay in my December months.
Here’s a secret. I may or may not have watched this twice this month already. Oops!
2. Songs To Sing
I’ve been listening to Christmas playlists nonstop ever since December 1. I like going through a mix of songs, from classics to pop hits, so that I get a pretty diverse set of tracks on loop.
Christmas just isn’t Christmas without the cheery songs, am I right, ladies?
3. Out For The Holidays
Raise your hand if you’re fortunate enough to be renting a snow cabin with your family for the season.
If you are, get the campfire ready and bust open some marshmallows and graham crackers! Don’t forget to make some hot cocoa to go with your s’mores!
Christmas has me scrambling my closet looking for outfits to wear to all the holiday parties. One look I’m going for this year is this Ravishing In Red ensemble. I’m using this photo as inspiration to achieve my crimson red OOTN!
5. Holiday Nibbles
Speaking of holiday parties, since I never like turning up without a plate in hand, I’m planning to make a platter of these assorted cheese ball appetizers. They’re easy to prep, yummy to eat, and oh so cute!
6. DIY Gifts
I love making DIY gifts because they add so much more sentimental value to an item. This Christmas, I’m taking inspiration from a DIY I saw for solid perfumes. That way, I get to experiment with scents and give them as presents to my friends. Double yay!
This list just wouldn’t be complete without a little fitspiration. Since the holidays can pile on the plates of delicious food, it’s important to remember that 15 minutes of exercise is better than nothing. So get those weights ready, time your planks, and work those stomach crunches!

There you have it, ladies! That’s my list of Christmas happiness — a portion of it anyway.
Remember, although the holiday season can be all sorts of crazy, it’s important to remain stress-free! Never lose sight of the Christmas spirit, ladies. By the way, if you need more positivity in your day, singing along to a Christmas song might do the trick!
